DEMINIM is a Los Angeles-based design studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial environments. Our work lives at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and curated material expression—bringing depth, warmth, and refinement to the spaces we shape. We offer a comprehensive range of design services including full interior design, residential architectural design, FF&E specification, styling, and staging. Whether we’re crafting a space from the ground up or refining the final details, our approach is intentional, collaborative, and detail-driven. While our focus is on high-end private homes and boutique commercial spaces, we proudly welcome creative collaborations with Airbnb developers, property managers, real estate investors, and builders on a wide range of projects.
